EpsilonPi Limited ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Purrfect Deals mobile application. This page explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.
Information We Collect
We collect the following personal information when you create an account:
- Display Name — used to personalise your experience
- Email Address — used for account authentication and password resets
- User ID — a unique identifier generated by Firebase Authentication
We do not collect your location, payment details, contacts, or any sensitive personal information.
How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account
- To save your favourite products and price alerts
- To send price drop notifications (only if you enable them)
- To respond to support requests
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policy:
- Firebase (Google) — authentication and data storage — Privacy Policy
- Expo / EAS — app build and push notification delivery
- Amazon Associates — affiliate links to Amazon products
- AliExpress Affiliate — affiliate links to AliExpress products
- Temu — product listings and affiliate links
When you tap "Buy Now", you are redirected to the retailer's website or app. Any purchase you make is subject to that retailer's own privacy policy and terms.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase Firestore, located in the United States. We use Firebase Authentication with industry-standard encryption. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
Data Retention & Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. To request complete deletion of your data, email us at ronnieharsh13@gmail.com and we will process your request within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
Purrfect Deals is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above.

Use of the App
- Purrfect Deals is a price comparison app for cat products. We aggregate deals from third-party retailers.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to scrape data or interfere with the service.
Affiliate Disclosure
Purrfect Deals participates in affiliate programmes including the Amazon Associates Programme and the AliExpress Affiliate Programme. When you click a product link and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This helps us keep the app free.
Product Information
Prices and availability shown in the app are sourced from third-party retailers and may not always be up to date. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of pricing information. Always verify the final price on the retailer's website before purchasing.
Intellectual Property
All content in Purrfect Deals — including the app design, logo, and original text — is owned by EpsilonPi Limited. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Purrfect Deals is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EpsilonPi Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or any third-party purchases made through it.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
